The Gino Motta Collectors Car Fund is intended to meet its first wider audience during the Foundation 22 Gala—where automotive heritage, private community and medical impact share one Milanese stage.

Entry year plus three.
A qualifying car contributor receives Gala hospitality in the year the car enters the Fund and for the following three Gala editions, provided at least one qualifying car remains in the Fund.
Timing rule. If the relevant car exits before 2 September, that year’s included Gala benefit ceases unless separately reserved. An exit on or after the Gala date creates no retrospective charge or clawback.
Guest allocation, hospitality scope, transferability and exceptional circumstances will be set out in the definitive participation terms.
The Gino Motta pavilion
Knowledgeable hospitality. Complete discretion.
A discreet bottle-green pavilion gives the Fund a proper presence in the courtyard. A knowledgeable host can explain the collection, gather a private enquiry and open the relevant car dossier from a tablet fitted inside a leather presentation folio.
The conversation stays personal and separate from the charitable purpose of the evening. No investment commitment takes place on the Gala floor; interested guests request a private follow-up after the event.
A living microsite for every car
One record.
Every presentation.
At the Gala, beside the car, on a collector’s phone or inside a private sale room: the same controlled dossier can present the motorcar without rebuilding its story each time.
Public information remains concise. Valuations, title documents, invoices, owner records and sensitive provenance remain available only to authorised viewers.

Foundation 22 · The evening itself
The cars add meaning.
They do not take over.
Collector cars frame the story and create natural points of conversation, while the dinner remains focused on hospitality, community and pancreatic-cancer impact.
Selected cars may later be considered for a carefully structured private or specialist sale moment. Any auction-house involvement remains subject to appointment, acceptance and written terms.
Purpose before promotion
The charity cannot become a sales funnel.
Foundation 22 brings automotive culture into service of pancreatic-cancer research and impact. The Fund’s presence must add to the evening’s quality and fundraising potential—not overtake its purpose.
The Gala is not a public offering or investment roadshow. Interested collectors continue through a separate private conversation after the evening.

A car may remain in the Fund, be sold through a suitable route or become the starting capital for a completely new collector mandate.
