Who handles an enquiry

Enquiries are currently received by the project team through Scuderia Milano at fund@scuderia-milano.com. The definitive Fund entity and any additional privacy notice will be identified before formal participation or due-diligence materials are collected.

Information you choose to provide

The enquiry form asks for your name, email, telephone number, preferred conversation, an optional high-level description of a motorcar and your message. Please do not provide chassis numbers, title documents, identity documents, financial statements or confidential valuation reports through the ordinary enquiry email.

How the form works

Submitting the form prepares an email in your own email application. This website does not intentionally store the contents of that draft. Your email provider and the recipient’s email systems process the message under their own security and retention arrangements.

Why information is used

Information is used to respond, understand the type of private conversation requested, arrange a meeting and determine whether a later qualification or compliance process may be appropriate. It is not sold or used for unrelated mass marketing.

Sharing and professional advisers

Information may be shared on a need-to-know basis with project personnel and, where relevant to your requested conversation, legal, tax, valuation, technical, insurance or compliance advisers. More sensitive information should only be transferred through an agreed secure process.

Retention

Initial enquiries are retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain an appropriate relationship record, comply with legal obligations or resolve a dispute. If a formal relationship begins, the definitive entity’s retention and compliance policies will apply.

Your choices

You may ask what initial contact information is held, request correction or deletion where legally available, or withdraw from further conversation by emailing fund@scuderia-milano.com. Certain records may need to be retained for legal or compliance reasons.

Security and international contact

No internet or email transmission is completely secure. Do not send sensitive vehicle, identity or financial documentation until a secure channel and responsible entity have been confirmed. International communications may involve processing in more than one jurisdiction.

Changes

This statement may be updated as the project structure and service providers are finalised. The effective date above will change when a material revision is published.
